I have a hearing loss, will Magnum Ear help?
Magnum Ear is intended as a shooting protection device for people with normal hearing. The amplification is meant to compensate for the insertion loss of the device, but not to aid with hearing loss.

Can I use personal audio monitors on an iPod?
The Tunz Solo and Duo Custom Audio Monitors are made specifically for an iPod. All other custom audio monitors are intended for professional musician stage use; however they too sound great with an iPod.

Can I get a Soundport FleX without the boom microphone?
We currently do not offer a Soundport FleX option without the boom microphone.

OPERATION & CARE

How do I know which earpiece fits in my right or left ear?
You’ll find either a red or a blue dot on each ear piece. Red = Right and Blue = Left.

How do I clean my earpiece?
Use warm water and light soap to remove any stains or dirt from your earpiece. To clean Musician Filtered Earplugs, remove the filter prior to cleaning. You may also use a sanitizer wipe to clean all earpieces.

What if my earpiece doesn’t fit?
While it happens only rarely, there are some instances in which an earpiece may not fit perfectly. If you feel you need a different fit within the first 30 days, we’ll make a new impression of your ear at no charge and correct the problem.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I make a return?
Simply contact the authorized dealer where the item was purchased.  They will advise on proper steps and procedures.

WARRANTY & TRIAL PERIOD

Do you offer a trial period for your products?
We invite you to try any of our custom in ear monitors for 60 days, starting the day you receive your items. During the 60-day trial period we may refit, rework or refund your product. In ear monitors also include a 1 year warranty from manufacturer defect. 
Magnum Ear carries a 90 day trial period along with a 1 year warranty.

My product is not working. How do I get it fixed?
If your product is still under warranty, we will cover the cost of materials and workmanship from the date of your original purchase. A customer service associate can help you at 800-387-9353.  For any questions or information please don’t hesitate to call!
